Currency and checkout
Product prices and checkout totals are shown in United States dollars (USD). Review the product, quantity, delivery address and final order total before submitting payment.
Standard worldwide shipping is free and the seller covers import duties. Any charge payable through our checkout is shown in the order summary before payment.
Payment methods
We accept PayPal. Card or other payment options are available only when displayed by PayPal for your checkout, country and account. Availability can vary.
Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion rates or fees if your funding source uses another currency. Review the provider’s information before completing payment.
Payment and order confirmation
Complete payment using the payment controls on our website and the PayPal flow they open. A successful payment and the order record confirm the purchase; an unpaid or failed checkout is not a paid order.
Keep your order number and payment confirmation. If availability or a payment problem prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange a refund.
Payment difficulties
If payment fails or appears duplicated, check your order history and the payment status before trying again. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.
Email support@GemFolia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, security codes or full card numbers.
Order changes and security
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once dispatched, an order may need to follow the return process.
We may ask for information relevant to resolving an order or payment problem. We do not ask you to disclose your PayPal password.
Refunds and assistance
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our Returns & Refunds policy provides the 30-day return period and refund timing.
