Read the product listing for materials, size, price and included components. Surrounding styling props are not included unless expressly listed. AI-generated or illustrative scenes are identified as such.
The four intention themes are symbolic and do not promise medical, emotional, relationship or financial outcomes. Natural variation does not remove remedies for damaged or materially misdescribed goods.
Placing an order
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase under the law applicable to you and be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Enter accurate contact and delivery information.
Review the order and total before completing payment. A successful payment and the order record confirm the purchase. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to resolve it or refund the payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD. Standard worldwide shipping is free and GemFolia covers import duties. The amount payable through checkout is displayed before payment. PayPal may apply its own currency-conversion terms.
If we identify a material pricing or listing error affecting an order, we will explain the issue and available options rather than silently changing your paid order.
Shipping and delivery
Orders normally require 1–3 business days to prepare, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days in transportation after dispatch. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier or customs delays. Contact us about missing or damaged deliveries so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receipt. GemFolia covers return shipping and processes refunds within 5 business days after receiving returned goods. Contact us first for arrangements.
Our Returns & Refunds policy provides the return address and process. These arrangements do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Website use and content
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation. Website images and text remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights and uses permitted by law.
We do not publish a customer’s private message or photograph as a testimonial without appropriate permission. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Notice.
Responsibility and support
The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact customer care if a problem affects your order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The policies do not impose a universal compensation cap or remove mandatory remedies.
